Wife loves them. Uses them daily for ver a year now. Still cut true and clean. Easy charging and very light

Thing keeps going off for no reason and for hours at a time. I have to pay to return it and they only give a warranty defect for 1 year.

The media could not be loaded. Clippers were extremely dirty upon unboxing. Had oil, hair, dirt…etc in blades. Disappointed to the highest regard. Unacceptable.

Is there any way to get warranty on Battery? It's not taking a charge at all. Very light use. Only has been used about 7 times in 6 months. Please warranty this.
