Good console, bad seller

Purchased a new console from Amazon. The console came as a return. Box damaged and dented. Console won’t connect to off-hand controllers. Overall a bad experience with Amazon. The console is great when I play other people’s console, but mine sucks. ?

Works well and you can attach the different heads to trim or shape, wouldn’t recommend for hair
