The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my fiancé for his shop. This right here is his baby. He loved it when it worked but that was a short lived 3 months. The device no longer will hold a charge. He is absolutely heartbroken. I thought the item was used when we opened the box but HE IS the barber and he knows best. I’ll order straight from wahl’s website next time. Please listen to the reviews. This device would have a 5 if it worked as it should for professional us.
